Questions to Ask at an Interview

At the end of every interview, they always ask you “What questions do you have for me?” Sometimes you really may not have any questions because they answered them throughout the interview or you are just unsure of a question to ask.

Here are some questions that you can ask the potential employer to show your interest in the position.

  • What is the one thing that you like the most about working at this company?
  • How has the position that I am applying for changed or grown over time?
  • What are some examples of ways that someone in this role would collaborate with the supervisor or manager?
  • What would you say are the top three priorites of this role that someone in this role would be working on?
  • What are the things that you have found to be the most challenging with this position?
  • What are ways people who have held this or a similar position done to be successful?
  • Do you have any questions regarding any of my skills that may make you hesitant to hire me?
