Dhianna Yezzi
President/Owner
Dhianna has served as the President of Integrated Staffing since its inception in 2009. Boasting over 25 years of experience in HR and staffing, she is committed to fostering a workplace that prioritizes diversity, inclusion, respect, and ethics.
She holds BA from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a MS in Human Resources Law, Leadership and Policy from Albany Law School. Outside of work, Dhianna enjoys tending to her farm, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Peter, and their cats Bogie, Keith, and Stephen.
Peter Yezzi
Vice President
Peter has served as the Vice President of Integrated Staffing since its establishment in 2009. In this role, he has managed workers’ compensation reviews, on-site coordination, and vendor management. With a background in the New York State legislature and as a serial entrepreneur, Peter has also owned businesses in various fields, including the historical restoration of homes.
He holds a BA from the State University of New York at Cortland. Outside of work, Peter dedicates time to his farm, enjoys traveling, and has a hobby of collecting affordable foreign cars.
Kara Diem
As the VP of Business Development at Integrated Staffing, Kara has excelled for over six years. Her expertise lies in negotiation, sales, crafting innovative staffing solutions, and client prospecting. Leveraging her substantial corporate experience from Procter & Gamble, she consistently enhances Integrated Staffing’s processes and procedures. A proud alumna of Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree, Kara cherishes family time with her husband Eric and daughters Maddie and Georgia, as well as pursuing her interests in watercolor painting and Pure Barre workouts and hanging out with her dog, Odie.
Jennifer Marin
VP Talent Acquisition
Jennifer Marin has over eight years of experience in Talent Acquisition at Integrated Staffing. Her expertise in recruitment sourcing, interviewing, and payroll, combined with her extensive human resources background from various corporations, has facilitated a seamless integration of employee-focused policies and robust client relationships.
Jennifer holds a BA from the State University of New York at Oswego. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband Kevin and daughters Olivia and Kelsey. A passionate advocate for school sports programs, Jennifer relishes attending sports tournaments and walking her two beagles, Charlie and Stanley.
Kelsey Carrera
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Kelsey Carrera has served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Integrated Staffing for more than five years. Her background in recruiting for a major paper company has honed her interviewing and onboarding skills, enhancing Integrated Staffing’s recruitment and retention capabilities.
Kelsey holds a BA from Southern Vermont College. In her leisure time, she enjoys visiting her family’s cottage in Vermont, traveling, and spending time with her three-legged cat, Axel.
Lynne Acker
Project Coordinator
Lynne has served as a project coordinator for Integrated Staffing for five years. With over three decades of HR experience, she specializes in Labor Relations, Recruiting, Employee Benefits, and Payroll. This includes 25 years at the multinational corporation Saint-Gobain, within the Coated Abrasives Division, and 9.5 years in a VP role. We consider ourselves fortunate that Lynne chose to bring her extensive expertise to our company upon retirement.
Lynne holds a BS from Siena College and enjoys spending her free time at the family cabin with her husband, sons, granddaughter Carmen, and her dog, Phoebe.
Michaela Brown
Talent Aquisition Specialist
Integrated Staffing welcomes Michaela Brown as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Michaela was an intern at Integrated Staffing before transitioning into this role. Michaela’s human resource education lends itself to this dynamic recruiting role.
Michaela’s social media expertise and digital awareness has driven recruitment numbers to record highs. In her spare time, Michaela loves going on hikes, reading, trying new recipes and food spots.
Kaeli Conroy
We are thrilled to announce Kaeli Conroy as the new Talent Acquisition Specialist at Integrated Staffing. Kaeli comes with extensive experience from her prior role, where she managed major staffing initiatives and recruited top-tier talent across multiple regions.
With a robust background in business administration and management, Kaeli is well-prepared to lead our talent acquisition strategies and operations. Outside of work, Kaeli enjoys crafting sourdough bread and spending time with her cats, Lilo and Binx.
Project Manager
Matt Hogan, our dedicated project manager, has been instrumental in staffing NYRA events for the past 8 years, and his expertise in HR and Accounting contributes to the success of these racing festivals.
Matt’s background includes extensive experience in HR and Accounting, and he holds a BSS from Villanova University and a JD from Delaware Law School. In his free time, Matt enjoys biking, following college basketball, and spending time with his family and their dachshund, Sadie.
