How to Clock In/Out on the Fingercheck Time Clock (Fingerprint)

Before you start

  • Make sure you are scheduled to work and are at the correct job site.

  • Use the same finger each time (most people use their index finger).

  • Have clean, dry hands (wipe off moisture, dirt, or lotion).

Clocking In (Start of Shift)

  1. Go to the Fingercheck time clock.

  2. When prompted, place your registered finger flat on the scanner.

  3. Hold still until you hear a beep or see a success/verified message.

  4. Confirm the screen shows Clock In (or “IN”) and your punch was accepted.

  5. Begin your shift.

Clocking Out (End of Shift)

  1. Return to the Fingercheck time clock at the end of your shift.

  2. Place the same registered finger on the scanner.

  3. Wait for the beep / success message.

  4. Confirm the screen shows Clock Out (or “OUT”) and your punch was accepted.

  5. You’re all set.

Common Issues (Quick Fixes)

  • Not reading your fingerprint?
Try again with your finger centered and flat, and press gently (don’t tap).

  • Hands too dry/wet?
Wipe your finger and the scanner, then retry.

  • Still not working?
Let your supervisor know right away and contact Integrated Staffing.

If You Forget to Punch or the Clock Is Down

  • Tell your on-site supervisor immediately.

  • Contact Integrated Staffing as soon as possible so we can document it and correct your time.

Important: Always check the screen for confirmation before walking away.
