Our client in Hudson Falls, NY is looking for a detail-oriented Tax Preparer. The Tax Preparer position is full-time, temp to possible perm position. The hours for this Tax Preparer position are Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm. Saturday morning hours are possible during peak tax season.

Responsibilities of the Tax Preparer Include:
- Tax preparation for individuals and companies
- Identify, potential tax credits and liabilities
- Ensure accurate and complete returns are filed in a timely manner, as well as completes tax forms in accordance with policies and in compliance with legislation and regulations
- Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling
Requirements of the Tax Preparer Include:
- Tax preparation experience required (at least 1 yr)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as QuickBooks software or any other Accounting Software
- Impeccable mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff members
