Welcome guests and assist with ticket sales and entry
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
Help create a smooth and efficient entry experience
 Guest Services
Assist guests with questions, directions, and event information
Help resolve concerns professionally and courteously
Create a safe, welcoming, and memorable guest experience
 Hospitality
Provide exceptional service in hospitality and premium guest areas
Assist with guest seating, food and beverage service, and event support
Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces
Additional opportunities include Admissions Gate Captains, Hospitality Leads, Hospitality Ambassadors, Box Office Representatives, Giveaways, and more.
Qualifications
Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Available to work weekends and event days as needed
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old
