All Integrated Staffing Employees are offered free training and tutorials on over 5000 different programs ranging from Microsoft Office to Adobe. Training is available once you are registered.
Accrued sick leave is available under the NYS Paid Sick Leave Policy effective September 30, 2020 where employees accrue time at the rate of 1-hour for every 30-hours worked any may collect between 40-56 hours of annual leave. Contact your Integrated Staffing Representative for more details.
Integrated Staffing recognizes the need for employees to have access to physicians and specialists without visiting an Urgent Care facility or Emergency Room. United Concierge Medicine (UCM) is a locally owned Telemedicine provider based out of Troy, NY which provides enrolled employees with concierge medical support 24/7/365. This great benefit will cover all eligible employees as well as their spouses and dependent children under the age of 26.
Any Integrated Staffing employee who recommends a friend to work for the company could receive a $25.00 bonus if the following condition is met: both you and the referral must work at least 200 hours in a 60 day period.
Any Integrated Staffing employee who recommends a client could receive a $100.00 bonus if the following conditions are met: client must hire and retain an Integrated Staffing employee for 480 (approximately 90 days) and you must be on staff and working upon completion of this time frame.
Integrated Staffing’s Employee Assistance Program is intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and well-being. EAPs generally include short-term counseling and referral services for employees and their family members.
