We have a multi-step screening process. We initially review resumes through our Applicant Tracking System. Within our system we use a series of AI tools to better match up our client’s requirements with our candidates skillsets. From here we screen candidates via phone and email. We typically schedule a formal interview via virtual meeting and finally, if chosen for hire, we submit our candidates through e-verification and background check processes.

Depending upon the type of position we are asked to fill, we can provide qualified candidates in under a week to several weeks.

Our contract involves a guaranteed fall back, where if an employee doesn’t work out, we will work to provide another within a specific time frame. Speak to your Business Development representative or the Integrated Staffing owner for more details regarding contracts.

It is our standard policy to review Federal, State and local laws yearly to ensure compliance with all our business practices including payroll and tax reporting. In addition, we take worker’s compensation very seriously and encourage workers to report injuries within 24 hours. We have some clients who require training sessions/certification prior to employment. Depending on the role, we will work with candidates to ensure that all safety, training and certification requirements are met prior to employment.
