Medical Coverage: Integrated Staffing has partnered with Enrollment First and Transamerica to provide wide-ranging, affordable medical coverage for participants who are not covered by traditional benefit programs and participants who want to complement other insurance coverage. Enrollment First’s benefits department offers group benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance plans, and many more.
Bonus/Vacation Pay: Accrued from the 1st of January each year. Associates are offered a straight bonus upon completion of specific hourly, attendance and tardiness requirements. Contact us today for more information.
Holiday Pay: Accrued from the 1st of January each year. Associates are offered a straight holiday bonus upon completion of specific hourly, attendance and tardiness requirements.

Referral Bonus: Any Integrated Staffing associate who recommends a friend to work for the company could receive a $25.00 bonus if the following condition is met: both you and the referral must work at least 200 hours in a 60 day period.
Client Referral Bonus: Any Integrated Staffing associate who recommends a client could receive a $100.00 bonus if the following conditions are met: client must hire and retain an Integrated Staffing associate for 480 (approximately 90 days) and you must be on staff and working upon completion of this time frame.
Free Training: All Integrated Staffing associates are offered free training and tutorials on over 5000 different programs from Microsoft office products to Adobe, training is available once you are registered.
Employee Assistance Program: Integrated Staffing’s Employee Assistance Program is intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and well-being. EAPs generally include short-term counseling and referral services for employees and their household members. Some common EAP services available include:
- Mental health-related services and referrals.
- Drug and alcohol-related services and referrals.
- Services and referrals related to personal issues such as divorce and parenting.
- Information on work/life supports, such as caregiving for elderly parents and financial planning.
- Wellness and health promotion services, such as smoking cessation and weight reduction.
- Work-related supports like career counseling.
