Important Availability Information
Current forms were updated as of October 5 and now include availability dates for the month of November.
Please complete the availability form for your department only, even if you have already submitted an availability form previously. We are asking everyone to submit the newest form so we have the most accurate information when building upcoming schedules.
The current upcoming racing dates are included in each department’s form. NYRA has added several Wednesday racing dates, and additional dates may be added as the season continues. Please check back regularly for updates.
We appreciate anyone who is available to work the full racing week, but we understand that may not always be possible. Friday and weekend availability is especially helpful, and we also have staffing needs on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
When schedules are created, priority may be given to team members who have broader availability throughout the racing week.
As we move further into the season, shift end times will gradually become earlier as sunset occurs earlier and racing concludes sooner. Please keep this in mind when submitting your availability.
