The Saratoga Racing season is coming to a close and we have multiple positions to fill for our track employees who may be looking for work.
Integrated Staffing has the following positions available:

Warehouse Associate- Saratoga and Wilton, NY
- $13.80-14.39/hr
- Various shifts available
- Essential Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate Include:
- Moving material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft
- Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
- Checking loads are secure
- Stacking empty pallets
- Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines

Medical Assembler
- $13.00-14.00/hr
- Monday to Friday 1st and 2nd shift
- Production Assembler Responsibilities:
- Produce medical devices to quality and productivity standards
- Follow policies and procedures established by the clients
- Properly set up and adjust equipment as needed
- Properly document based off of set guidelines
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Operate production equipment in a safe manner
- All other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative
- $12.50/hr
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answers telephones and responds to basic customer questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel.
- Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Records calls, processes requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.
- Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to verify up to date and accurate information.
- Interfaces with team personnel, management and customers in reference to customer service issues.
- Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
- Monitors daily transactions to ensure policy and procedures are in accordance with service level agreement.
- Customer Service Representative candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working in an office environment and/or in customer service roles, be comfortable using MS Word and other computer systems and be able to show a reliable work history.
