All Integrated Staffing associates must successfully pass specific screening requirements before they will be placed with any client. We use a variety of verification and testing procedures to eliminate the guesswork for candidate fit. These requirements include:

  • Minimum of three reference checks.
  • Positive employment history with a proven record of above average job length.
  • Skills testing as required.
  • Resume.
  • 5 Panel Saliva-Based, as required.
  • Criminal History Search.

All Integrated Staffing associates are extensively screened. Some additional screening options include:

  • National Social Security Search.
  • Multi-State Sex Offender Search.
  • Education Verification.
  • Employment History Verification.
  • State Motor Vehicle History.
  • Credit History Check.
  • Professional License Verification.
  • Civil Court Records Check.
  • Worker’s Compensation Records Check.
