10 Dec November Jobs Numbers!

The labor market is on fire! Non farrm payrolls grew by a whopping 321,000 in November! An impressive feat. In fact, this the the 10th straight month that the US Economy saw numbers over 200,000. This is the longest streak since 1995. September and October’s numbers were also revised upward.
More importantly for workers, wage gains are starting to finally creep up. As the labor pool tightens, employers are offering better pay to their workers. In fact, wages grew at 0.4% month-on-month.
What great news for people who are unemployed or looking for an new employment! As we go into 2015, hopefully we will see this growth continue.
